Our band knife machines

In our band knife machines the knife speed is adjustable and thus allows optimal cutting of various fabrics and materials. It is very well suited to cutting textiles. Band knives are available in smooth, toothed and wavy versions. The large running wheels result in small knife deflections. Additionally, knife cladding on all sides guarantees high degree of work safety, as does the central control with clear displays (e.g. speeds) and display of time until knife stops. Our band knifes from AirBlow guarantee easy transport of materials with an air cushion beneath the items to be cut. Accessories include:

• Cold light lamp for excellent lighting levels,
• Optical sensors with a high sensitivity and detection rate,
• Height-adjustable precision rollers, responsible for perfect cut guidance.
