The KTK+ US-1 cutting table is a modern, efficient and professional device for the production of roller blades.
The most important advantages of a cutting table:
Depending on needs, the removable knife heads can use ultrasound or a mechanical round knife.
A touchscreen panel offers easy and intuitive control; supported languages: Polish, English and Russian.
The cutting table offers fully automatic cutting.
The pneumatic tensioning line ensures uniform fabric pressure on both sides of the table.
The knife length during cutting may be limited by fabric width.
Between the cutting line and the fabric input is a large lighting screen (260 mm wide).
Precision length and angle measurement devices help to adjust angle and length of the fabric feed.
The cutting table has a tough and strong table structure made from powder-coated steel profiles.
Table height can be adjusted by screws in the table legs.
The table consists of two parts: the cutting module and an after-cutting module.
Additionally, it is possible to purchase only the cutting module and use it with your own cutting table.
