US-2 cutting table for sun protectors

The cutting table features partially automated cutting.
Pneumatic 2-sided fabric clamp, with a cable pull switch on the operating side of the table as standard). The cutting table has a pneumatic two-sided fabric clamp. In the standard version the cable pull switch is supplied on the operating side of the table.
Fabric end sensors ensure a quick cutting cycle. Once a fabric piece is cut, the knife carriage stops automatically and returns to the initial position.
The finger sensor on the roller side prevents pressing by the fabric clamp if there is foreign body under the clamp. This ensures improved work safety.
There is a large inspection light (260 mm / 10" wide) between the fabric feed rolls and the cutting line.
The cutting table has a precision angle measuring bar (play between the angle and the bar), a stable structure of powder-coated steel and a manual fabric feed-in roller with manual centring.
Motorized rolls are available with remote control.
A fabric clamp is included in the package.
Additionally, the height of the table may be set by the adjustable table feet.
